RETURNS: Due to the custom nature of fabric and trimmings, which are cut specifically to your order, we are unable to accept returns on these items.

However, if there is a fault or damage, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will work with our partnered brands to arrange a replacement if necessary.

Our current processing time for products to be ready for dispatch is 2 - 3 working days.

Our current delivery lead time is 2 - 3 working days for Mainland UK & 4 - 7 working days for Northern Ireland & Remote Areas of the UK.
