Returns Policy
Modern 2 Interiors operates a 14-day returns policy. This means that you have 14 days from the day after you receive your order to request a return of eligible items.Exceptions to Our Returns Policy
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, certain items are not eligible for cancellation for change of mind due to their bespoke or made-to-order nature. This includes, but is not limited to, printed-to-order wallpaper, per-metre wallpaper, mixed-to-order paint, adhesive, and any products cut or produced specifically to order. This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods.
Wallpaper Returns
Wallpaper may be sold by the roll, by the metre, or as a mural or panelled design, depending on the product.
We are unable to accept returns of part-orders, surplus quantities, or leftover rolls of wallpaper.
We will only accept the return of wallpaper orders in full, subject to the cancellation rights set out in our Terms and Conditions.
Requests for returns submitted outside of the 14-day cancellation period cannot be accepted, unless the goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Condition of Returned Items
For a return to be eligible, items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, including the original box where applicable. We may make a deduction from any refund to reflect any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods, as permitted under UK consumer law.
Return Costs
The cost of returning items is the responsibility of the customer, unless the goods are faulty or not as described. This is confirmed in our Terms and Conditions.
