Our Delivery page contains the most up-to-date dispatch and delivery information.Delivery and dispatch times shown elsewhere on the Website or in order confirmation emails are indicative only and may not reflect temporary changes.
Order Processing
We aim to dispatch orders within 3 - 4 working days. Dispatch times are estimates only and may vary depending on product type, supplier lead times, and seasonal demand.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send a dispatch confirmation email (and, in most cases, tracking details will be provided).
Delivery Time Frame
Delivery is Free on all orders over £150.00; orders under this value are: £7.99.
For the majority of the items we sell, a UPS tracking number will be provided on dispatch to enable you to track your order.
Delivery typically takes up to 5 working days from the date of dispatch for mainland UK.
For Northern Ireland and remote locations, delivery may take up to 7 working days.
Please check that all address details are correct when placing your order. We are unable to amend delivery addresses once an order has been dispatched.
On receipt of delivery, please inspect the entirety of your order for faults or damage as soon as reasonably possible.
We advise keeping the original box which wallpaper is supplied in, in case a return is required.
Important: Delivery and dispatch times are estimates only. We strongly advise that you do not book decorators, installers, builders, or other trades until your order has been received in full.
A selection of our wallpapers are printed to order and fall outside the standard delivery time frame. The lead time for these products is confirmed on the relevant product page.
International Delivery
We are unable to ship our products outside of the UK.
Expedited Delivery
We do not currently offer an express delivery service.

Order Cancellation
We process orders quickly. If you wish to cancel your order before it is dispatched or sent into production, please contact us as soon as possible.
Important: Your legal right to cancel eligible orders is set out in our Terms & Conditions and applies in addition to the guidance below.
Where possible, we ask customers to request cancellation within 1 hour of placing an order, as this increases the likelihood that we can stop processing before dispatch or production.

Our opening hours are Mon - Fri: 9am - 5pm.
Please note: we may be unable to cancel orders for printed-to-order wallpaper, per-metre wallpaper, and other made-to-order or cut-to-order items once production has started, as these items are made to your specification and are generally non-returnable unless faulty or not as described.
Damage & Faults
Our aim is always to provide products in the best condition. If your items have a fault or are damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and within 3 working days of delivery, providing your order number and photos where available.
Report a Fault or Damage
Please include a description of the fault or damage, your original order number, and clear photographs.
Important: Please do not cut fabric/trimmings or install wallpaper until you have checked the goods. Cutting or installation may prevent proper inspection and may affect the remedies available.
Wallpaper faults or damage:
Please check the entirety of your wallpaper order for faults and damage before installation.
(This inspection is the responsibility of the customer.)
If a fault is detected, please do not proceed with installation, as this may limit our ability to investigate and resolve the issue effectively.
Fabric faults or damage:
All fabric faults must be reported prior to any cutting of the fabric.
