Delivery Information
Delivery is Free on all orders over £150.00, orders under this value are: £7.99For the majority of the items we sell a UPS tracking number will be provided on dispatch to enable you to track your order.
Orders are dispatched as quickly as possible.
Delivery typically takes up to 5 working days from the date of dispatch for mainland UK.
For Northern Ireland and remote locations, delivery may take up to 7 working days. All orders receive a dispatch confirmation email, and in most cases, tracking details will be provided.
Please check that all address details are correct when placing your order, as we are unable to change these details after dispatch.
On Receipt of delivery we request that you inspect the entirety of your order for faults or damage. We advise to keep the original box which the wallpaper is supplied for a potential return request.
A selection of our wallpapers are printed to order and fall outside the standard delivery time frame - The leadtime for these products are confirmed on the product page.
We are unable to ship our products outside of the UK.
We dont currently offer an express delivery service
Order Cancellation
We work fast to process your order but If you wish to cancel your order for a full refund please contact get in touch within 1 Hour of your order being placed.

Our opening hours are Mon - Fri: 9am - 5pm.
We are unable to cancel orders for Printed to order wallpapers and per metre wallpapers which fall outside this 1 hour time frame.
Damage & Faults
Our aim is always to provide products in the best condition, but on the rare occasion that your items have a fault or are damaged,
please contact us within 3 Working days of you taking receipt of the delivery
Report A Fault or Damage
Please Include a description of the fault or damage and your original order number along with a photo
Damage or faults which are acknowledged after cutting (fabric & trimmings) or installation (wallpaper) are non-refundable.
Where a fault is detected, please do not proceed with the installation of the wallpaper as this limits our ability to effectivey fix the problem
Please be ware all fabric faults must be acknowledged prior to any cutting of the fabric.
