HL4 is Jones & Co's most popular 3 pass blackout lining with a soft finish and beautiful drape.
The microfibre composition gives total light control and a super soft touch unlike other blackout lining which can sometimes feel 'rubbery'. This lining is also ideal for noise suppression, thermal regulation and is perfect for use with heavy, full drape curtains.
