Our Suppliers have now reopened, we are currently processing all orders that were placed betweeen the 20th Dec - 3rd January.
If your order was placed between these dates we are working hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible and processing these in order to which we received them.
Due to the custom nature of fabric and trimmings, which are cut specifically to your order, we are unable to accept returns on these items.
However, if there is a fault or damage, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will work with our partnered brands to arrange a replacement if necessary.
