As this wallpaper is cut specifically to your requested length, it is classified as a bespoke product and is non-returnable and non-refundable. We are unable to accept returns of part-orders or leftover meterage.
We highly recommend ordering a sample prior to purchase to ensure the colour and finish meet your expectations.
If your wallpaper is faulty or damaged, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will work with our partnered brands to arrange a replacement where appropriate. This does not affect your statutory rights regarding incorrectly supplied or defective goods.
