 Delivery typically takes up to 5 working days from the date of dispatch for mainland UK. For Northern Ireland and remote locations, delivery may take up to 7 working days.

All orders receive a dispatch confirmation email, and in most cases, tracking details will be provided.

On Receipt of delivery we request that you inspect the entirety of your order for faults or damage. We advise to keep the original box which the wallpaper is supplied for a potential return request.

This item may be returned within 14 days for a full refund.

However, if there is a fault or damage, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will work with our partnered brands to arrange a replacement if necessary.

Where a fault is detected, please do not proceed with the installation of the wallpaper as this limits our ability to effectivey fix the problem
We are unable to offer a refund as resolution to a fault or damage if you have installed the product and unable to return the faulty or damaged product.

Please be ware all fabric faults must be acknowledged prior to any cutting of the fabric.
