Orders are processed and dispatched as quickly as possible. We aim to dispatch orders within 3–4 working days, although dispatch times may vary depending on product availability and order volume.

Delivery typically takes up to 5 working days from the date of dispatch for mainland UK addresses. For Northern Ireland and remote locations, delivery may take up to 7 working days from dispatch.

On receipt of delivery, we ask that you inspect your order as soon as reasonably possible for any faults or damage. Where a return may be required, we recommend retaining the original packaging where practicable.

This item may be returned within 14 days for a full refund, subject to our Returns Policy. For wallpaper orders, we can only accept returns of the full order; returns of part-orders or leftover rolls are not accepted.

If your wallpaper is faulty or damaged, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will work with our partnered brands to arrange a replacement where appropriate.

please contact us within 3 Working days of you taking receipt of the delivery.

Wallpaper Faults or Damage:
We strongly advise the you must check the entirety of your wallpaper order for faults and damage.
(This inspection is the responsibility of the customer and not a professional decorator)
Where a fault is detected, please do not proceed with the installation of the wallpaper as this limits our ability to effectivey fix the problem
We are unable to offer a refund as resolution to a fault or damage if you have installed the product and unable to return the faulty or damaged product.

Fabric Faults or Damage:
Please be ware all fabric faults must be acknowledged prior to any cutting of the fabric.
