Wallpaper orders are supplied as a single matched allocation based on the total quantity ordered, with all rolls allocated together to ensure colour and pattern consistency.

Honouring the characteristics of Scrolling Tulip with its meandering ogee pattern formed of tulip heads and acanthus leaves Etched Scrolling Tulip draws out the delicate pencil lines found at the edges of the original artwork. These unfinished elements add a sense of depth and movement which resonated with the designers. A border has been added reflecting the design's rug origins. Printed on a textured laminate in soft tonal colourways.

Orders are processed and dispatched as quickly as possible. We aim to dispatch orders within 3–4 working days, although dispatch times may vary depending on product availability and order volume.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a dispatch confirmation email. In most cases, tracking information will also be provided.

Delivery typically takes up to 5 working days from the date of dispatch for mainland UK addresses. For Northern Ireland and remote locations, delivery may take up to 7 working days from dispatch.

On receipt of delivery, we ask that you inspect your order as soon as reasonably possible for any faults or damage. Where a return may be required, we recommend retaining the original packaging where practicable.

Returns

Orders may be cancelled within 14 days in accordance with our Returns Policy. Where wallpaper is supplied as a single matched allocation, cancellation applies to the order as a whole.

Wallpaper orders

Wallpaper orders are supplied as a single matched allocation based on the total quantity ordered. Where cancellation rights apply, wallpaper orders must be cancelled in full once supplied. Once any part of a wallpaper order has been used, cut, or installed, we are unable to accept returns of surplus or leftover rolls. Partial cancellations are not accepted.

Faulty or damaged items

If your wallpaper is faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and ideally within 3 working days of receiving your order. We will work with our partnered brands to arrange a replacement where appropriate.

This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

Our aim is always to provide products in the best condition, but on the rare occasion that your items have a fault or are damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

If your wallpaper is faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and ideally within 3 working days of receiving your order.

Wallpaper Faults or Damage:
We strongly advise that you check the entirety of your wallpaper order for faults or damage prior to installation.
(This inspection should be carried out by the customer and is not the responsibility of a professional decorator.)
Where a fault is detected, please do not proceed with installation, as this may limit our ability to investigate and resolve the issue effectively.
Installation may affect the remedies available, particularly where the product cannot be returned for inspection. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Fabric Faults or Damage:
Please be aware that all fabric faults must be acknowledged prior to any cutting of the fabric.
