Due to the bespoke nature of fabric and trimmings, which are cut or produced specifically to your order, these items are non-returnable and non-refundable once ordered, unless faulty or not as described.
If your fabric or trimmings are faulty or damaged, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible, and in any event within 3 days of receiving your order. We will work with our partnered brands to arrange a replacement where appropriate.

SHIPPING:
Orders are processed and dispatched as quickly as possible. We aim to dispatch orders within 3–4 working days, although dispatch times may vary depending on product availability and order volume.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a dispatch confirmation email. In most cases, tracking information will also be provided.
Delivery typically takes up to 5 working days from the date of dispatch for mainland UK addresses. For Northern Ireland and remote locations, delivery may take up to 7 working days from dispatch.
On receipt of delivery, we ask that you inspect your order as soon as reasonably possible for any faults or damage. Where a return may be required, we recommend retaining the original packaging where practicable.
