Additional Delivery Information:
- Orders placed after 12:00pm on a Friday will not be processed until the next working day
- All delivery estimates are from the date of your items leaving us and not from when the order is placed.
- We aim to meet our delivery time scales but from time to time deliveries can take longer.

On receipt of the delivery of your order - we request that you please inspect your order for any faults or damage:

- Please check the entirety of your wallpaper or fabric order for defects or faults.

We aim to get this rectified as quickly as possible.

Please be aware that any fault or damage that are acknowledged after the customer has taken receipt & to which the items have then been cut, pasted or hung are non-refundable.

Modern 2 Interiors is not responsible or liable for decorators fees as a result of a defect or damage being acknowledged after the products has been cut, pasted or hung.

All delivery times are estimates, we advise not to book a decorator until you have received your order - we are not responsible for cancelled decorator fees.

Samples:

At Modern 2 Interiors we offer a Fabric and Wallpaper samples service,
We always recommend a customer to use this service prior to purchasing your main Fabric or Wallpaper order.
Each sample costs 90p and is limited to 5 samples per order this can be a combination of both fabric & wallpapers.
Due to how colour is produced on a screen/computer monitor, the image that we use on our product pages may not fully represent the colour of the physical product that you receive.
As we don't want you to be dissasstified with your purchase a sample is always the best idea especially if you haven't seen the physical product before.

All sample deliveries are Free.
(The estimated delivery time frames for samples are not included in our table above - as these items are sent out in the post without tracking) - if any of your requested samples are missing from your order please get in touch and we can get this corrected for you.

As we order samples directly from the supplier there can be occasions whereby your samples are delivered in multiple consignments.
For example: Ordering a Harlequin sample & a Prestigious Textiles sample will be sent seperately. 

We now offer Sanderson Paint Pot samples - these tester pots are 125ml and are for colour reference only - These samples are non-refundable

Modern 2 Interiors operates a 14 day returns policy on returnable items.
This means that you have 14 days after receiving your items to request a return.
This time frame is within the governing laws which we strictly adhere to.

The criteria for products which are eligible for return are:
- The items must be unused.
- The items packaging must be intact (Whereby the cellophane has been removed from the product deems it as used and not eligible for return).

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR RETURNS OF 3 OR MORE ROLLS OF WALLPAPER:
RETURNS HANDLING FEE:
For returns of wallpaper rolls of 3 or more rolls are subject to a returns handling fee.
This fee is set at 25% of the original full order value and will be deducted from your refund amount.
This fee is set by our suppliers to which we do not gain any monetary value from.
In these particular circumstance we will arrange collection of the returned rolls.

Wallpaper ReturnsWallpaper returns will only be accepted if the complete wallpaper
is returned.
We are unable to accept returns of unopened leftover rolls or part of an order.
This information is available on all wallpaper product pages and is available in the "returns policy" link when checking out.
We make this information as accessible as possible as we want to be as clear and transparent with our customers as possible.

We Recommend using our sample service prior to your main purchase if your are in any doubt of the colour or texture of the product.

Please be aware that any fault or damage that are acknowledged after the customer has taken receipt & to which the items have then been cut, pasted or hung are non-refundable.

A returns handling fee is applicable when your return includes 3 or more rolls - this will be a fee of 25% of the full original order value and will be deducted from your refund.
Fabric & Trimmings ReturnsWe are unable to accept returns of cut fabrics or trimmings as your order is bespoke cut to your specification (Order).
This information is available on all Fabric & Trimmings product pages and is available in the "returns policy" link when checking out.
We make this information as accessible as possible as we want to be as clear and transparent with our customers as possible.

Fabric & Wallpaper SamplesAll Samples are excluded from our 14 day returns policy and cannot be returned or refunded.
Paint & Paint Pot SamplesWe are unable to accept returns on Sanderson paint products as they are mixed to order

RETURNS PROCESS:

We will respond within 2 working day - please do not send a return prior to a confirmation being received from Modern 2 Interiors.
Until the item is returned to us and receipted by us the product is the responsibility of the customer.
Please ensure that the item is correctly protected and packaged.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service so that you receive proof of return.
Modern 2 Interiors is not responsible for the cost of returning an item and is the responsibility of the customer.

Once your return is received and processed we will then issue you a full refund for the item.

Wallpaper Returns Information
