- Orders placed after 12:00pm on a Friday will not be processed until the next working day
- All delivery estimates are from the date of your items leaving us and not from when the order is placed.
- On Receipt of delivery we request that you inspect the entirety of your order for faults or damage.

At Modern 2 Interiors we offer a Fabric and Wallpaper samples service,
We always recommend a customer to use this service prior to purchasing your main Fabric or Wallpaper order.
Each sample costs £1 and is limited to 5 samples per order this can be a combination of both fabric & wallpapers.
Due to how colour is produced on a screen/computer monitor, the image that we use on our product pages may not fully represent the colour of the physical product that you receive.
As we don't want you to be dissatisfied with your purchase a sample is always the best idea especially if you haven't seen the physical product before.

All sample deliveries are Free.
(The estimated delivery time frames for samples are not included in our table above - as these items are sent out in the post without tracking) - if any of your requested samples are missing from your order please get in touch and we can get this corrected for you.

As we order samples directly from the supplier there can be occasions whereby your samples are delivered in multiple consignments.
For example: Ordering a Harlequin sample & a Prestigious Textiles sample will be sent separately. 

We now offer Sanderson Paint Pot samples - these tester pots are 125ml and are for colour reference only - These samples are non-refundable


Modern 2 Interiors operates a 14 day returns policy on returnable items.
This means that you have 14 days after receiving your items to request a return (exclusions apply, please read our full order cancellation policy & returns policy here.

The criteria for products which are eligible for return are:
- The items must be unused.
- The items packaging must be intact (Whereby the cellophane has been removed from the product deems it as used and not eligible for return).

A returns stocking fee applies to the return of your order.

Return Exclusions
Fabric & Trimmings Returns We are unable to accept returns of cut fabrics or trimmings as your order is bespoke cut to your specification (Order).

We Recommend using our sample service prior to your main purchase if your are in any doubt of the colour or texture of the product.
Fabric & Wallpaper Samples All Samples are excluded from our 14 day returns policy and cannot be returned or refunded.
Paint & Paint Pot Samples We are unable to accept returns on Sanderson paint products as they are mixed to order
Wallpaper Paste/ Adhesive We are unable to accept returns on Harlequin, Romo & Sanderson Adhesive's
Murals & Wallpapers per metre We are unable to accept returns of wallpapers which are sold by the metre as your order is bespoke cut to your specification (Order).

*Mural Wallpaper - These wallpapers are traditional sold by the metre length.An examples of such designs would be: Morris & Co: The Brook

At Modern 2 Interiors we aim to be as clear and as transparent as possible with all our customers regarding our terms & conditions (including returns information), we try to make all information as accessible as possible so that you are fully aware throughout the process of shopping with us.

Returns Stocking Fee
Wallpapers All Wallpaper returns are subject to a returns stocking fee.
The restocking fee is 30% of the original order value, this amount will be deducted from your refund before processing the refund back to the original payment method.
The restocking fee and refund amount after this deduction will be confirmed via email on receipt of a customers request to return the wallpaper/s.
Homeware All homeware products from brands: Studio G, Clarke & Clarke, Sophie Allport, Emma Shipley, Orla Kiely, Romo & Villa Nova which are eligible for return as they are deemed unopened or sealed a return stocking fee of 30% is applicable.
Rugs All Rugs returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee

We will respond within 2 working day - please do not send a return prior to a confirmation being received from Modern 2 Interiors.
Until the item is returned to us and receipted by us the product is the responsibility of the customer.
Please ensure that the item is correctly protected and packaged.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service so that you receive proof of return.
Modern 2 Interiors is not responsible for the cost of returning an item and is the responsibility of the customer.
Once your return is received and processed we will then issue you a full refund for the item.

Once your refund request has been accepted, you have 14 days in which to return your items to us. Items which are received after this 14 day period will be rejected.

Please be aware that that filling of the box with left over wallpaper or offcuts is not suitable packaging, due to the time we incur as a result to process and dispose of the unsuitable packaging we will deduct £10.00 from your refund, which is separate to the restocking fee if applicable.


For any item that is faulty or damaged please contact us via email within 3 days of receipt of your order being delivered at: -
Include a description of the fault or damage and your original order number along with a photo
Damage or faults which are acknowledged after cutting are non-refundable.

If you wish to exchange your order please contact us by email: 
In order to use our exchange service, items must not have been unsealed/opened as this classes the product as being used.
Fabrics cannot be exchanged.
Please include your order information and the items that wish to exchange to including the SKU of the product.
All exchanges are subject to a 15% handling fee and an additional £7.50 for delivery.
The return handling fee is set by our supplier.
